Frédéric Jeangirard holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University Paris V and a Master’s degree in Mergers and Acquisitions from the University of Evry. Frédéric graduated from the Business Law Institute (Institut de Droit des Affaires -«IDA») of the university Paris II Assas and holds a Legal English Certificate from this university. Frédéric has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2005.
After collaborating within the Corporate and Tax Law departments of business law firms, Frédéric created his own firm in 2008 before joining 111 in 2013.
Frédéric intervenes transversally in business and tax law, on French and international issues, and supports the firm’s clients in the context of corporate creation, acquisitions, and advises and defends them on tax issues (corporate and personal taxation).
